The service at this hotel was very poor. The air conditioning in our room was making a loud noise, and we had to wait three hours for maintenance. The only compensation offered was a room change or a late check-out, which we found unacceptable. Our elderly mother had already gone to sleep, making a room change impractical. Based on our experience, we do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Apartment comes with full kitchen facilities, and everything is working. So very happy with that. Cleanliness of the apartment in general is very questionable though. Not very clean and do take note of that. But the beds are clean so that’s a plus. Love the view and when we were there, Genting was covered in a thick fog and mist, so was very very magical and very enjoyable weather.

No hot shower in room (the hot water plug for shower not work) with the cold weather its terrible we manage with cold shower.....most of power point not work, they not provide colgate, brush, shower cap (also not mention earlier); cleanness of the room also not maintain properly...other than that the view from floor 27 was amazing with fog even in day time & also the sunrise (never miss the moment). The food also good specially in Tavern in the sky and convenient store are nearby with hotel

The checkin and checkout process was well structured and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat. I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

Отличная квартира с кухней, и шикарным видом на горы, до казино каждый час ходит автобус за 6 рингит. В магазинах цены завышены в двое, доставка сюда не доставляет ничего, но есть несколько ресторанов, цены выше чем в Куала-Лумпуре, если хотите широкий выбор ресторанов, то надо ехать к казино

The rooms of the unit are clean and tastefully designed. Stays are comfortable. The only shortfall is the road to the apartment a bit under maintained
